As an herbal supplement, Airborne is in compliance with the Dietary Health and Supplement Act (DSHEA) as required by the FDA.

3. Is Airborne a cure for the common cold?
There still is no cure for the common cold. Airborne helps to boost your immune system, which is very helpful in shared spaces like offices, classrooms, airplanes and other public places.

4. Do you ship Airborne internationally; if not, when will you?

5. How do I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?
To receive a refund, you will need to send in your proof of purchase and the store receipt. Please make sure to put "Attn: Refund Request" on the front of the envelope and send it to: Attn: Refund Request Airborne, Inc. P.O. Box 2884 Carmel, CA 93921

6. I purchased Airborne, and when I opened the tube there were (1) only 9 tablets instead of 10 or (2), the tablets were crushed or broken. Can I get a replacement?
Please provide the lot number from the tube. This will enable our Quality Control Department to look into the problem. Once we have received the lot number, we will send a replacement tablet(s) to you.

1. What is Airborne?
Airborne is an effervescent dietary supplement that was created by a school teacher to boost her immune system. Airborne contains 17 natural ingredients, including 7 herbal extracts, antioxidants, electrolytes and amino acids. Airborne provides added support to the body's immune system by providing needed nutrients and herbs, which help to strengthen the immune system.

Yes. Airborne is available in a variety of flavors, including:

Airborne is gluten and wheat free. However, we always advise that you consult with your physician, who is more knowledgeable about such things as celiac disease.

5. Why do you use sucralose in Airborne?
Our product contains a very small amount of sucralose. Sucralose was chosen because it provides for a much more pleasant - tasting product. Sucralose is an FDA- approved sweetener. It is a very common sweetener and has a well - documented safety profile.

6. Does Airborne contain any peanut and/or peanut-related materials?
Airborne is free of peanut and/or peanut related-material.

7. How much sodium does Airborne contain?
The sodium comes from various sources, mainly from the effervescent components. There is approximately 230 mg/tablet. If there is a concern about sodium, discontinue or limit use of the product.

8. Should I be concerned about any of the levels of vitamins in Airborne?
Airborne is meant to be taken in short duration. If used properly, there is no concern of the higher dose vitamins. For further guidance, or if you are taking other medications, please consult with your family physician.

9. Is Airborne lactose free?
There are no milk-based products in Airborne. If undesired symptoms persist, discontinue use of the product and consult your family physician.

10. Is there caffeine in Airborne?
There is no caffeine in Airborne, nor any ingredients that would provide caffeine-like effects. People react differently to certain products. If undesired symptoms persist, discontinue use of the product and consult with your family physician.

11. Why do you make it as an effervescent tablet?
Effervescent tablets are quickly absorbed into the body and thus, quickly begin to work.

How To Use

1. How do I take Airborne?
Take Airborne whenever you feel your immune system needs support or a day or two before entering crowded places like airplanes, movie theaters or offices. Plop an Airborne tablet into a glass of water let it dissolve and drink up! Repeat every 3-4 hours or as needed, not to exceed 3 doses in a day.

2. Can I take Airborne if I am using other medicines?
We recommend talking to your physician when taking any combination of medication and herbal supplements.

3. How much water should I use?
We recommend dissolving Airborne in anywhere from 4-6 ounces of water.

4. When should I take Airborne before traveling?
Take Airborne a day or two before entering crowded places like airplanes, movie theaters or offices.

5. Can Airborne be dissolved in other liquids besides water?
The efficacy of our product will not be reduced if is dissolved in other liquid as long as you drink the entire amount. However, we do not recommend dissolving in citric liquids.

6. Can Airborne be taken daily?
Airborne is not intended to be taken daily. However, if you are taking Airborne daily, you should consult with your physician or pharmacist. Do not take a multi vitamin on the same days that you take Airborne.

7. Can kids take Airborne?
Airborne Jr. is available for children ages 4 to 10. If you wish to give your child Airborne and they are under the age of 4, we advise that you consult your pediatrician. Children can also take half of an adult Airborne tablet.

8. Can nursing mothers or pregnant women take Airborne?
Women who are pregnant and/or women breastfeeding should not take Airborne unless they have consulted a physician.

9. Is it safe to take Airborne if I am taking oral contraceptives?
There are no known interactions; however, we recommend that you consult with your family physician about any health concerns you may have.

10. My child (or pet) ingested the silica pellets in the cap. Is this harmful or toxic?
Drink lots of water and call your local poison control center. You may also call the national toll-free number at (800) 222-1222. According to the ASPCA, silica is a non toxic substance for dogs and cats, but it may cause mild gastrointestinal upset in some animals. We suggest if you have any questions or concerns that you call your local ASPCA office, veterinarian or poison control center.

11. Are there any side effects from Airborne?
If you think you may have some sensitivity to any of the vitamins or herbal extracts, we suggest you discontinue use until you have consulted with your pharmacist or family physician. They will be more capable of advising you on whether or not you should take Airborne.

12. How many days can I take Airborne in a row? Can I take too much Airborne?
The recommended dosage for Airborne is every 3-4 hours or as needed, not to exceed 3 doses in a day. Airborne is meant to be taken in short duration. We recommend not exceeding the recommended dosage or duration.

Please be sure that you include the 6 proofs of purchase and receipt(s) along with your return address on a separate piece of paper (a precaution in case your return address on the envelope is not legible or is damaged during mail processing at the post office). If you do not send in the required elements, your materials and envelope will be marked as incomplete and mailed back to you. If you have satisfied all the requirements, your free tube will be mailed out to you within 15 to18 weeks.

2. I sent my rebate in some time ago. When will I receive my free Airborne?
We are overwhelmed with the responses we have received, and our staff is working diligently to get the rebates out. We appreciate your patience.

3. I forgot to save my receipts for the rebate; can I still take advantage of the rebate offer?
The receipt requirement is standard procedure, which we must follow in order to fulfill the promotion. We require the receipts for tax, legal and auditing purposes. Perhaps you can go back to the store or pharmacy where you purchased the product and ask the store manager or pharmacist to handwrite a receipt showing the purchase price and store location. The fulfillment center will accept this as proof of receipt. CVS and a number of other stores who have been with Airborne from the beginning are very accommodating of requests of this nature.
