Take Airborne whenever you feel your immune system needs support. Many situations and circumstances can weaken your immune system, such as stress, lack of sleep and not eating right. Plop an Airborne tablet into a glass of water let it dissolve and drink up! Repeat every 3-4 hours or as needed, not to exceed 3 doses in a day.
2. Can I take Airborne if I am using any medicines?
We recommend talking to your physician when taking any combination of medication and dietary supplements.
3. How much water should I use?
We recommend dissolving Airborne in anywhere from 4-6 ounces of water. If you're taking Airborne On-the-Go with bottled water, drink water until 4-6 ounces of water remain and then add Airborne. Do not shake or cover water bottle.
4. Can Airborne be dissolved in other liquids besides water?
The efficacy of our product will not be reduced if is dissolved in other liquids as long as you drink the entire amount. However, we do not recommend dissolving in citrus and juices.
5. Can Airborne be taken daily?
Airborne is safe for daily use when taken according to label directions.
6. Can kids take Airborne?
Airborne Jr. and Airborne Power Pixies are available for children ages 4 to 12. Do not give to children under the age of 4, without first consulting your pediatrician.
7. Can nursing mothers or pregnant women take Airborne?
Women who are pregnant and/or women breastfeeding should not take Airborne unless they have consulted a physician.
8. Is it safe to take Airborne if I am taking oral contraceptives?
There are no known interactions; however, as with all dietary supplements we recommend that you consult with your family physician about any health concerns you may have.

10. My child (or pet) ingested the silica pellets in the cap. Is this harmful or toxic?
Drink lots of water and call your local poison control center. You may also call the national toll-free number at (800) 222-1222. According to the ASPCA, silica is a non toxic substance for dogs and cats, but it may cause mild gastrointestinal upset in some animals. We suggest if you have any questions or concerns that you call your local ASPCA office, veterinarian or poison control center.
11. Are there any side effects from Airborne?
If you think you may have some sensitivity to any of the vitamins or herbal extracts, we suggest you discontinue use until you have consulted with your pharmacist or family physician. They will be more capable of advising you on whether or not you should take Airborne.
12. How many days can I take Airborne in a row? Can I take too much Airborne?
The recommended dosage for Airborne is one tablet every 3-4 hours or as needed, not to exceed 3 doses in a day. You should not exceed the recommended dosage.
13. Is the plastic tube container recyclable?
The plastic tube is composed of polypropylene and is a recyclable plastic. However, not all areas in the US recycle this type of plastic. You should check with your local recycle center. We use this type of plastic for our tube because it provides the best protection for our product due to the effervescent formulation.
